Recruitment Procedure

For recruitment in Saudi Arabia, the client company has to prepare a specific list of documents for the hiring to materialize. These documents, which the company submits to Siddiqui Zone’s local office, are then submitted to the Protector of Emigrants (Government of Pakistan) in order to grant necessary permissions and process the registration.

The recruitment process begins with the job ad placement in local daily newspapers with good circulation. The ad elaborates what the vacant positions and which candidates are suited best.

The candidates who clear the initial screening and aptitude test are then scheduled for initial interviews with Siddiqui Zone’s recruitment experts where they are further assessed for their strengths and weaknesses.

After the initial interview with Siddiqui Zone's team, final interviews are scheduled with the larger interview board that has induvial both from the client company as well as our team.

After the final selection, the candidates must undergo some mandatory medical examination by our team of medical experts comprising highly competent specialists/doctors duly approved by GCC and the consulate of the employer’s country.

As soon as medical results arrive for a successful candidate of an overseas job, we initiate their visa processing to expedite the final placement.

Meanwhile, all proofs of the candidates’ qualifications and experiences are cross-checked and verified for authenticity. The application process closes only when the documents are duly verified.
